Nicole Ponder

Nicole Ponder is an experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in patient access and customer service. Currently serving as a Patient Access Specialist at Western Reserve Hospital since September 2018, Nicole previously contributed valuable skills as a Customer Service Representative at CORNERSTONE MEDICAL SERVICES FOUNDATION from December 2014 to November 2017, where responsibilities included assisting sleep apnea and diabetic patients with equipment and supply needs, as well as coordinating with healthcare providers. Earlier experience as an Administrative Secretary at Akron General Medical Center from 2004 to 2012 involved managing communication, processing patient admissions and discharges, and providing support to medical staff.
