Krissie Wells is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban project management, grant development, and proposal writing. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Urban Projects at Western Reserve Land Conservancy since June 2022, Krissie previously held the role of Manager of Grant Development and Grant Writer at College Now Greater Cleveland from September 2016 to June 2022. Prior experience includes Development Manager at University Settlement, Fair Housing Research Associate at The Housing Research & Advocacy Center, and various internships focused on development and public policy. Krissie earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wittenberg University. Recognized for highly effective proposal writing, Krissie has a proven track record in fundraising, relationship building, and program development.
