James Lowman, PMP, ITILv3 has over 20 years of work experience in IT management and project management. James worked as a Director of IT at Western Shamrock Corporation, where they were responsible for managing the IT environment and leading application-based projects. Prior to that, they were a Data Center Manager at Unisys, providing guidance to subordinates and implementing operational policies. James also worked at Northrop Grumman as a Project Management & Planner, overseeing critical Data Center projects and ensuring alignment with business requirements. James has experience as a Managing Consultant at The Harbour Group, where they led data center operations and implemented policies and procedures. James also worked at ForeLogic, LLC as a Director of Marketing/Manager of Operations, handling technical product management and re-engineering sales processes. At The Harbour Group, they designed and implemented an Enterprise IP fax solution for Verizon.

James Lowman, PMP, ITILv3 began their education in 1988 at Angelo State University. James completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in 1993, with a primary focus on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
