Mitchel Newberry

Mitchel Newberry, CHC, has extensive experience in compliance and healthcare management. Mitchel is currently working as the Vice President of Compliance at Western Sky Community Care. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Molina Healthcare, including Associate Vice President of Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Associate Vice President of Corporate Compliance, and Regional Compliance Director. Before joining Molina Healthcare, Mitchel worked at El Paso Health as a Compliance Officer, HIPAA Privacy Officer, Director of Government Programs and Reporting, and Director of Operations. Mitchel has also worked at Providence Health Plan as a Premium Administration Manager. Mitchel's work experience spans over two decades, and they have consistently demonstrated their expertise in compliance and healthcare operations.

Mitchel Newberry, CHC has a Master's degree in Legal studies from Northeastern University School of Law. Mitchel also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from The George Washington University. Mitchel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics from the University of Oregon. In addition to their education, they are also certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board (CCB), SCCE & HCCA, which they obtained in June 2008.
