Lindsey Hankes

Lindsey Hankes is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the food industry. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Western Smokehouse Partners since March 2023, Lindsey previously held the position of Marketing Director at Thrushwood Farms Quality Meats from August 2016 to May 2020, and Marketing Manager at Martin Sullivan from February 2010 to April 2016. Lindsey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western Illinois University (2008-2009) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agricultural Business and Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale (2000-2002).
