Amy Retzsch

Amy Retzsch, MBA, serves as the Assistant Vice President of Insurance Operations at Western & Southern Financial Group since September 2017. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Manager for Internal Wholesalers & Marketing Operations at Lafayette Life Insurance Company from January 2015 to September 2017, overseeing sales support and marketing operations. Amy also contributed significantly to Western & Southern Life in various capacities, including Knowledge Management Administrator, Manager of Client Services, and Assistant Manager of Client Services, focusing on client relationship management and knowledge database maintenance. Amy earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Cincinnati.
