Blair Hrovat

Blair Hrovat, RICP, has extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as an Agency Manager and Registered Principal at Western & Southern Life since October 2012. In this role, Blair demonstrates a strong understanding of the W&S Sales Process while training and developing Staff Managers and Financial Representatives to achieve sales goals through strategic business planning. Additionally, Blair has been linked to Western & Southern Financial Group since September 2017 as an Agency Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the Associate Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Indiana State University from January 2006 to January 2008. Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Specialized Studies in Business and Computer Science from PennWest Edinboro.
