Chris Hill

Chris Hill has held various leadership positions in the field of IT and technology. Chris began their career at Allstate Insurance Company in 1993, where they worked as a Senior Staff Programmer, Associate Consultant/Team Leader, and Planning Consultant - Architecture. In these roles, they focused on system architecture, infrastructure implementation, and optimizing application systems.

Later, Hill joined Architecture & Infrastructure, where they served as a Senior Manager. Chris managed the Infrastructure Transformation Program, implementing server consolidation strategies and introducing a configuration management database. Chris also implemented an Enterprise Wide Service Catalog and ITIL practices.

Hill then worked at Allstate as a Director, leading strategic initiatives and collaborating with business units to develop business architecture strategies. Chris was also a member of the Critical Incidence Response Team, responsible for business continuity during crises.

At Assurant Health, Hill served as the Head of Application Delivery & IT Architecture, managing the organization's IT Strategic Roadmap and delivery of complex transformational projects. Chris also ensured application availability and recoverability.
