Christian Sheehy

Christian Sheehy currently serves as a Client Relationship Center Trainer at Western & Southern Financial Group, where responsibilities include training contact center associates. Christian also works as a Reference Librarian at Gateway Community & Technical College, supporting embedded research for multiple courses. Previously, Christian held the position of Head of Digital Scholarship and Communication Services at Northern Kentucky University, overseeing digital services and the Open Educational Resources initiative. Additional experience includes roles at Xavier University as an Adjunct Instructor and Digital Initiatives Librarian, and at Butler Tech, The Lane Libraries, Antonelli College, Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County, Fifth Third Bank, and Barnes & Noble. Christian holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Northern Kentucky University.
