Constant Konan

Constant Konan is a Cash Management Analyst at Western & Southern Financial Group since February 2023, responsible for calculating daily investable cash positions for over 20 companies and analyzing various data feeds. As the Co-founder and President of African Youth Empowerment on Education and Development since August 2016, Constant focuses on strategy, finance, and program delivery to achieve the organization's long-term vision. In May 2023, Constant was selected as one of 200 delegates for the World Bank Group Youth Summit, representing outstanding potential among 67,000 applicants. Previous experience includes a role as a Banker at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2022 to February 2023, where client relationships were built through product education, and an internship at Telhio Credit Union in early 2022, handling customer transactions and account management. Constant is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and Marketing at Miami University, complementing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Small Business Administration and Management.
