Daniel Hille

Daniel Hille, CPA has extensive work experience in financial accounting and management. Daniel is currently serving as the Director of Financial Controls Compliance at Western & Southern Financial Group, a position they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Fischer Homes as an Accounting Manager from September 2021 to May 2022.

Between 2017 and 2021, Daniel held various roles at Western & Southern Financial Group, including Senior Financial Accountant and Financial Accountant. Daniel also gained experience as a Rotational Intern, where they worked in accounting, audit, and treasury departments.

Daniel has also been an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Northern Kentucky University from August 2019 to December 2019. Daniel previously worked as a Campus Ambassador for Becker Professional Education, acting as a representative and liaison for the company at Northern Kentucky University.

Furthermore, Daniel has experience as a Graduate Assistant at Northern Kentucky University, where they worked from October 2016 to May 2018. Daniel also has work experience outside of the financial industry, including roles as a General Manager and Shift Manager at Snappy Tomato Pizza Co.

Additionally, Daniel was a recipient of the Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange Program For Young Professionals Fellowship, a prestigious year-long professional youth exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Department of State.

Lastly, they completed a Marketing Internship at Dillinger in 2011.

Daniel Hille, CPA holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Entrepreneurship from the same university, from 2009 to 2013. In 2010, Daniel also participated in an exchange program at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes Saarbrücken. Daniel further enhanced their education by completing an intensive German program at Carl Duisberg Centren Radolfzell in the same year. Daniel has obtained additional certifications, including being a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), granted by the Accountancy Board of Ohio - State of Ohio, which will be obtained in 2024. Daniel also holds expertise in Advanced B2 Level German Conversing Skills, acquired from Carl Duisberg Centren in 2010.
