Jill Twilling

Jill Twilling has extensive experience in financial operations, procurement, and IT management. Jill has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. From 2017 to the present, Jill has been working at Western & Southern Financial Group as the Director of Accounting Systems & Reporting. Prior to that, they worked at Financial Operations/Procurement/IT Professional from 2016 to 2017. From 2011 to 2016, they were employed at WilmerHale, where they led the Financial Operations group and oversaw IT operations, procurement, budgeting, and asset management. Jill began their career at Ohio National Financial Services in 1998, where they held roles such as Director of Networking & Desktop Systems, Assistant Director of Desktop Systems, and Manager of Desktop Systems. In these positions, they managed various IT areas, including procurement, project management, budgeting, and desktop support.

Jill Twilling completed their HBX Core Credentials in Business from Harvard Business School Online in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing/ Procurement and Information Systems from Miami University. Jill also participated in the MBA Essentials Program at Northern Kentucky University. Jill additionally holds several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Breakthrough Performance Group, LLC in 2017, and Certified Hardware Asset Management Professional (CHAMP) and Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM) from IAITAM in 2010.
