Mark Higgins

Mark Higgins is a seasoned professional in the information systems field with over 25 years of experience. Currently serving as Systems Manager in the Service Management Office at Western & Southern Financial Group since July 2011, Mark oversees teams managing IT Asset Management and IT Service Management processes. Previous roles include Computer Operations Manager at The Cincinnati Enquirer and various positions at CompuCom and the United States Army, where Mark honed leadership and technical skills.
