Paul Jackson

Paul Jackson is an experienced professional in technical operations and data management, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Operations at Western and Southern Financial Group since September 2005. In this role, Paul has developed the business case and led the implementation of Microsoft M365, overseeing areas such as Microsoft Azure, Windows, Exchange, Linux platforms, and cloud initiatives. Previous positions include Manager of Data Architecture and Management, where Paul led the development of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, and Open Systems Infrastructure Manager, responsible for system availability and data center operations. Paul also held the role of Data Management Director at Integrity Life Insurance, managing database and support teams. Paul holds an MBA from Eastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky.
