Sarah Sparks Herron

Sarah Sparks Herron has accumulated a strong experience in the legal field, particularly in investments and regulatory matters. Sarah is currently serving as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Investments & Regulatory at Western & Southern Financial Group since March 2023. Prior to this, they held roles of Assistant General Counsel and Senior Counsel for Investments & Regulatory from 2019 to 2023 and from 2018 to 2019, respectively. Before joining Western & Southern Financial Group, Sarah worked at Thompson Hine LLP as an Associate in the Real Estate Group between September 2012 and December 2014. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP from September 2008 to October 2012, focusing on real estate law both transactional and litigation related. Sarah also worked as a Summer Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP for a brief period in 2007.

Sarah Sparks Herron completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications - Electronic Media at Xavier University from 2001 to 2005. Sarah then pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law from 2005 to 2008.
