Susan Hoffman

Susan Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning several different companies and roles. Susan currently holds the position of Systems Manager & Operational Excellence Lead, IT at Western & Southern Financial Group since August 2019. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Cincinnati Christian University from July 2016 to December 2019. Susan also has experience at Western & Southern Life, where they served as the Manager of Enterprise Content Management from August 2016 to August 2019. Before that, Susan held various positions at Great American Insurance, including Division Assistant Vice President roles in Enterprise Collaboration, Workspace Solution Services, and Enterprise Content Management. Susan also worked as the Director of IT Risk & Compliance, IT Risk Analyst, Project Manager, and IT Project Lead/Programmer during their tenure at Great American Insurance. Susan's work experience also includes roles as Manager of IT Services Enterprise Application Services, where they were responsible for asset management support, and IT Project Lead/Programmer, where they led the conversion of a non-compliant year 2000 system and enhanced an existing mailing system.

Susan Hoffman has a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Susan later pursued a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Mount St. Joseph University, specializing in the same field, from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University from 2011 to 2013. Finally, in 2020, they obtained a Lean Principles Certification from Purdue University.
