Susan Hoffman has a diverse work experience spanning several different companies and roles. Susan Hoffman has a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Susan later pursued a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership (MSOL) from Mount St. Joseph University, specializing in the same field, from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Mount St. Joseph University from 2011 to 2013. Finally, in 2020, they obtained a Lean Principles Certification from Purdue University.
