Tyler Hazelbaker

Tyler Hazelbaker, ACS, ALMI, AIRC, currently serves as Manager of Quality & Operations at Western & Southern Financial Group, where Tyler has held several managerial roles since November 2018, including Assistant Manager positions in both Quality Assurance and CRC Service. Prior to this, Tyler worked at Ohio National Financial Services from October 2012 to September 2018 in various managerial capacities, including Manager of Life & DI New Business Processing and Supervisor of New Business Application Processing. Additionally, Tyler gained operational management experience at Netflix between May 2011 and August 2012, where Tyler successfully managed teams, improved customer service metrics, and optimized operational processes. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Personnel and Industrial Relations from the University of Cincinnati, awarded in 2010.
