Robert Midzuno

Robert Midzuno currently serves as a SIU Special Investigator and Law Enforcement Liaison at Nationwide Insurance Company, a position held since July 2017. Additionally, Robert has been active on the Board of Directors for the Sacramento Police Officers Association 1849 Foundation and serves as President of the Western States Auto Theft Investigators Association since January 2018. Robert’s previous leadership roles include President of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators from October 2021 to November 2022, and holding various positions within Nationwide Insurance, including SIU Manager and Consultant for Special Projects and Training. Robert’s extensive background also includes roles at USAA, Allstate Insurance, and the National Insurance Crime Bureau as a Special Investigator and Special Agent. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education from San Francisco State University.
