Dusti has held leadership positions in various industries including healthcare, telecommunications, and safety solutions. Dusti holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boise State University. Currently, Dusti serves as the VP of Human Resources & Safety at Western States Equipment.
