Tamara Weyer

Tamara Weyer is a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Western States Equipment, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Tamara served as a Human Resources Coordinator at DeZURIK from July 2021 to September 2022, overseeing the onboarding process, leading new hire orientation, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Tamara began at DeZURIK, Inc. as a Human Resources Intern from February 2020 to July 2021, where responsibilities included phone screening and assisting with the H2B Visa registration process. Earlier experience includes a Finance Intern role at Central MN Credit Union, focused on teller responsibilities and leading an intern service project. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership from Rasmussen University, completed in September 2021, and graduated with a high school diploma from Holdingford Secondary in May 2019.
