Monica Franco

Monica Franco is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and operations. Since November 2019, Monica has served as Vice President of Hospitality and Vice President of Hotel Operations at Western States Lodging, following a successful tenure as Regional Director. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn from November 2016 to October 2019, and at Courtyard by Marriott from August 2011 to October 2016. Earlier career highlights include General Manager roles at Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hampton Inn and Suites, as well as the Director of Sales position at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Monica Franco holds a degree from Weber State University.
