Lyrah Longley

Lyrah Longley is an experienced professional currently serving as a Peer Support Worker at Western Sydney Local Health District since May 2022 and as an Executive on the NSW Mental Health Consumer Peer Workforce Committee since January 2024. The Committee focuses on providing support, leadership, and advocacy for the public mental health consumer peer workforce. Prior to these roles, Lyrah worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Officeworks from January 2019 to January 2022, as a Business Manager at Auskem Laboratories Pty Ltd from July 2018 to December 2018, and as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager at Royal Comfort Bedding from June 2016 to August 2018. Lyrah is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychological and Social Sciences at Western Sydney University, expected to complete in October 2025, and holds a Certificate IV in Mental Health and Peer Work from TAFE NSW, completed in December 2022.
