Tracy Samuel

Tracy Samuel is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as Nurse Manager - Practice Development at the Nursing and Midwifery Directorate within Northern Sydney Local Health District since February 2022. Tracy holds dual roles as Project Officer at the Nursing and Midwifery Office, NSW Ministry of Health, focusing on various nursing and midwifery projects since June 2018, and also works with the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation as Implementation Officer for the Leading Better Value Care Program since July 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Nurse Manager and Essentials of Care Coordinator at Western Sydney Local Health District and Clinical Nurse Educator with NSW Health. Tracy's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Health Science - Education from the University of Sydney, a Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery from Northdale Hospital College of Nursing, and completion of secondary education at Woodlands Secondary School in South Africa.
