Bijan Samali

Bijan Samali is a Professor of Structural Engineering and currently serves as the Director of the Centre for Infrastructure Engineering at Western Sydney University, a position held since November 2013. Prior to this role, Bijan Samali was a Professor of Structural Engineering at the University of Technology, Sydney, from May 1987 to November 2013. Bijan Samali holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Structural Dynamics, a Master of Science in Structural Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, all obtained from The George Washington University between 1974 and 1984.
