Dr. Vinita Deodhar

Dr. Vinita Deodhar serves as the Consulting Principal and Chief Product Officer at Open Orbit since August 2021, while also holding positions as Director on the Boards of Woodville Alliance Ltd and the Lincoln Institute of Higher Education. Dr. Deodhar has been an Adjunct Professor and a member of the External Advisory Committee at Western Sydney University since July 2017. Previous roles include Non-Executive Director at NSW Telco Authority and Executive Director at both Investment NSW and NSW Treasury. With expertise rooted in roles such as Principal Advisor and Principal Economist, Dr. Deodhar's background encompasses significant contributions at the NSW Department of Education and the Department of Environment Climate Change and Water. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics from Macquarie University and a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
