Matthew Bond

Matthew Bond is an experienced professional in the field of employment relations and human resources, currently serving as the Executive Director of Employment Relations at Western Sydney University. Previously, Matthew held roles such as Head of HR and Employment Relations and Human Resources Manager at BaptistCare NSW & ACT. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Employment Relations Adviser at Anglicare Sydney and Employment Relations Coordinator at Anglican Retirement Villages, where Matthew also worked as HR Coordinator for both recruitment and the Western Region.
