Susan Goff

Susan Goff, PhD, serves as the Managing Editor of the Action Learning Action Research Journal and is the Immediate Past President of the Action Learning Action Research Association, roles held since September 2010. As a Company Principal and Participatory Systems Facilitator at CultureShift Pty Ltd since 1991, Susan has implemented over sixty-five participatory strategies for various government tiers and partnered agencies. Additionally, Susan has been a sessional academic at the University of Technology Sydney and the University of Western Sydney since 2014, delivering courses in participatory action research and transformational leadership. Previous experience includes teaching at the University of Sydney and supervising and examining postgraduate theses related to action research. Susan earned a PhD in Social Ecology/Cultural Research from Western Sydney University between 2003 and 2006.
