Luke Snell

Luke Snell is an experienced Senior Materials Engineer at Western Technologies, focusing on consulting for specialty projects. Previously, Luke served as Eminent Scholar and Chair of the Construction Industry Management program at Arizona State University from July 2006 to June 2010, where research work in concrete was emphasized. Prior to that, from July 1979 to June 2006, Luke was a Professor and Chair of the Construction department at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, overseeing departmental management, teaching concrete and materials courses, and conducting research in concrete construction. Luke holds graduate studies in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and a combined BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and the University of Oklahoma.
