Jessica Blythe

Jessica Blythe is an experienced professional in the field of social work, currently serving as a School Social Worker at Portsmouth Public Schools since January 2023 and as a Crisis Clinician at Western Tidewater CSB since January 2021. Previously, Jessica worked as a Substance Use Counselor at Indian Creek Correctional Center and gained valuable experience as a Social Work Intern with the Federal Public Defender, focusing on legal processes and client support. Additional roles include Administrative Assistant at Lane and Perkinson PC, Student Teacher at Suffolk Public Schools, and Shift Lead at Coneheads Icecream Stand. Jessica holds a Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Sociology from Flagler College.
