Natalie Horne

Natalie Horne, LMSW, is a clinical assessor at Western Tidewater CSB since August 2023, with prior experience as a counselor and family specialist at Phillips School, where individual and group counseling sessions were conducted for K-12 students. As a primary therapist at Center For Discovery, Natalie managed a caseload of over 10 clients, providing therapy and developing individual treatment plans. Earlier roles include serving as a Graduate Student Public Health Ambassador at the University of Pennsylvania and a clinical social work intern at The Wedge Recovery Centers, where comprehensive assessments and therapy sessions were carried out. Additional experience includes a social work externship at Friends Hospital, work as a neuropsychological testing tech, and a research assistant position at the Social Development Lab. Natalie holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
