Cathy Lawgates has over two decades of experience in the title and escrow industry, currently serving as a Title Examiner at Western Title & Escrow since March 2016. Prior to this role, Cathy worked for Amerititle as an Escrow Officer and Title Assistant from January 1996 to March 2016. In addition to a strong background in title and escrow, Cathy has been a Yoga Teacher at Namaspa Yoga since 2014. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Portland State University.
