Bili Davies-Moir

Bili Davies-Moir is the Founder and Managing Partner of The Alchemist's Studio and Hospitality Investments LLC, overseeing the investment, construction, and management of boutique villas globally since January 2023. As President and Founder of the WOMEN AND CHILDREN FOR CHANGE FOUNDATION, established in August 2016, Bili is dedicated to empowering women and children. Additionally, Bili serves as Co-Owner and Business Development Director at Davies and Moir Hospitality Group, LLC, focusing on food, hospitality, and restaurant services since April 2016. Bili also has extensive experience in strategic operations and management from a tenure at Western Union, holding various senior roles from 2013 until December 2023. Prior professional experience includes positions at Gates Corporation, tw telecom, inc., Deloitte, Severn Trent Plc, and American Engineering Testing, Inc. Educational accomplishments feature an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School Executive Education and multiple MBA degrees from Regis University, along with Bachelor's degrees in Geophysics and Geology from the University of Minnesota.
