Denish Gandhi is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing engineering teams and projects across various companies, including Western Union and Pitney Bowes. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Western Union since January 2018, Denish focuses on team development through coaching and mentoring while overseeing the professional growth of engineering managers and developers. Denish has a diverse technical background, having held roles such as Senior Software Engineering Architect and Advisory Software Engineer, with expertise in front-end architectures, cloud solutions, and performance optimization. Denish co-founded Opalah Technologies Pvt Ltd and has also worked as a freelancer, contributing to a wide range of projects that emphasize user experience and development efficiency. Denish holds a Master of Science in Internet Systems and Security from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Nirma University.
