Elaine Gwathmey

Elaine Gwathmey has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as an HR Talent Acquisition/Talent Advisor at Western Union since June 2011. Previously, Elaine held the position of Recruiting Manager at CoBank, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various disciplines on a national level. As President of 2G Professional Placement, LLC, a woman-owned search firm, Elaine focused on placing high-quality accounting and finance professionals. Additional experience includes serving as Market Manager at Kforce Inc., responsible for sales productivity in the Denver Metro area, and Branch Manager at Interim Consulting, where Elaine enhanced market share through client contracting and customer service. Elaine holds both an MBA and a BA in Finance from the University of Denver.
