Jonathan Shang is an experienced business intelligence and operations management professional with a strong background in data analytics, performance management, and process optimization across various industries. Currently serving as Business Intelligence Manager for the APAC GTM at Western Union since September 2025, Jonathan previously held key positions at StoreHub, where responsibilities included establishing a BI team and managing operations for Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand. Additional experience includes roles at Shopee as Assistant Manager for Business Intelligence, Astro as AVP - Business Analyst for an OTT platform, and iflix as Senior Financial Analyst, among others.
