Tushar Prabodhankar

Tushar Prabodhankar is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in technical program management and engineering. Currently serving as Director of Technology at Western Union since October 2018, Tushar has held various leadership roles, including Senior Technical Program Manager and Leader of Technical Program Management. Prior to Western Union, Tushar was an Engineering Manager at Uber and held positions at Zikher Inc. as IT Project/Engineering Manager and Associate Technical Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing global development teams and overseeing the Agile development lifecycle. Earlier roles included Program Lead at Golden Gate University and Sr. Software Engineer/Team Lead at E-Friends Creation. Tushar holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
