Vince Massara

Vince Massara is an experienced professional in sports coaching and education, currently serving as the Development Coach for the Academy at Western United Football Club since January 2024. Vince has held various leadership and teaching roles at MacKillop College Werribee since January 2017, including Year Level Leader, Team Leader, and Teacher. Additionally, Vince has been the Head Coach at Melbourne University Soccer Club since November 2021, and previously worked as an ID Talent Scout for Football Federation Samoa from January 2023 to December 2023. Vince also has coaching experience with Armstrong United from January 2018 to December 2020, and served as Club Director for Carnival Cruise Line from November 2015 to January 2017. Vince holds a Bachelor of Education in Sociology from Federation University Australia, which was completed between 2008 and 2012.
