Maria G.

Maria G. has extensive experience in leadership and community engagement within educational and health settings. Currently serving as the Chair of the WesternU Staff Council at Western University of Health Sciences since January 2013, Maria conveys reports and recommendations to administration, while also addressing staff concerns. Previous roles include Program Manager and Vice Chair for the same council, where Maria organized data and engaged with university committees. Additionally, Maria coordinated volunteers at a Pfizer vaccine clinic, served as a Community Language Liaison to assist Spanish-speaking families, and worked as a Mental Health Worker at Waymakers, facilitating interventions for clients.
