Maribel Frias

Maribel Frias has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2014 to the present, they have worked at Western University of Health Sciences, where they started as the Manager of Pipeline Programming and later became the Fiscal & Operations Manager and Executive Assistant to the Vice Provost. Maribel then transitioned to the role of Operations Project Manager and currently serves as the Director of Operations. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Maribel worked as a Nutrition Bilingual Educator at the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program.

Maribel Frias holds a Master's degree in Public Health (MPH) from Drexel University Dornsife School of Public Health, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree (BA) in Hispanic Studies and American Studies from Macalester College from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Maribel Frias also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB) from the Six Sigma Global Institute (SSGI) in 2020 and in Project Management Professional from the University of La Verne in 2019.
