Mitch Aleman

Mitch Aleman has held several positions throughout their work experience. Mitch started their career as a Sales Consultant at Mercedes-Benz USA in December 2013. Mitch then worked as a CRM Manager at Brighton Collectibles from October 2014 to April 2019. After that, they joined the University of La Verne as a CRM Manager, where they served as the Slate CRM Captain and played a role in the implementation of Slate CRM for admissions. During this time, they also served as the Vice Chair of the Administrative Professional Committee. Mitch then became the owner of Client Bridge Consulting in August 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Enrollment Data Systems at Western University of Health Sciences since April 2021.

Mitch Aleman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Information Technology from the University of La Verne. Mitch also has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from the same university, with a double major in Business Administration and Photography. In terms of certifications, Mitch has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Developing Leaders Inc. and a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification from Salesforce.
