Bobbie O'Connor

Bobbie O'Connor currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Development at Western University, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Bobbie held the role of Chief Development Officer and Senior Director of External Affairs at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from May 2023 to September 2025. Bobbie also worked as a Senior Advisor for Strategic Initiatives & Operations at Queen's University, and served in various advancement roles at the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Alberta, Fringe Theatre Adventures, and the University Hospital Foundation. Additional experience includes positions at Make-A-Wish Foundation, Horizon House, and GroupWorkcamps Foundation. Bobbie earned a degree in Communications with a focus on Business/Corporate Communications from Spring Arbor University between 2001 and 2005.
