Nida Fatima

Nida Fatima possesses diverse experience in the medical field, currently serving as an IMG Representative within the Family Medicine Resident Council at Western University since March 2022. Nida also holds multiple roles, including Clinical Research Coordinator in the Department of Anesthesia & Perioperative Medicine at the University of Toronto and Facilitator for the COVID-19 Mental Health Community Leadership Program with the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Additional positions include Elderly Care Consultant at Educast and Clinical Assistant at Telemed MD, where Nida contributed to virtual healthcare delivery. Previous experience includes program assistance at the Middlesex-London Health Unit and clinical observation roles under Dr. Shazia Khan and Dr. Faria Rubab. Nida is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Family Medicine Residency and a Master's in Health Sciences, specializing in Global Health at Western University, following an internationally trained medical doctors bridging program at Ryerson University and earning an MBBS from Dow University of Health Sciences.
