Sara Fitzpatrick Ot. Reg.

Sara FitzPatrick is a registered Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in diverse clinical environments. Currently serving as a Clinical Preceptor at both Western University and the University of Toronto since November 2023, while also employed full-time at FunctionAbility Rehabilitation Services, providing community-based OT services in Toronto. Previous roles include a temporary Occupational Therapist at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, where Sara gained expertise in acute care across various departments, and a Level 3 Occupational Therapy student at Queen's University, managing individual caseloads for university students with diverse mental health needs. Sara holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Recreation (Honours) from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador.
