Ellen Thompson, LNHA, M.S., currently serves as the Director of Risk, Compliance, and Quality at Western Wisconsin Health since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ellen held the position of Regional Lead Administrator at Grace Lutheran Communities from May 2016 to December 2021, where Ellen also served as the Administrator at the Heritage of Elmwood. Ellen's earlier experience includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Spring Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center from October 2011 to May 2016, and serving as an Academic Assistant in the Health Care Administration Department at UW-Eau Claire from September 2014 to June 2015. Ellen earned a Master of Science in Health Care Innovation from the University of St. Thomas between 2019 and 2020 and a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2012 to 2016.
