Raymond Lui has extensive experience in IT support and system administration, currently serving as a System Administrator at Western World Insurance Group since June 2016. Prior to this role, Raymond held positions as an L2 Desktop Engineer at Precision IT Group and as a Dell Field Tech Support specializing in Level 2 and 3 support at PFI Tech.
