Kyle McManness

Kyle McManness is a seasoned mortgage operations professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Mortgage Operations at Westerra Credit Union since June 2025, Kyle leads the Mortgage Operations department, focusing on the loan lifecycle and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to this role, Kyle was a Senior Underwriter at Maxwell, providing high-touch service to high-net-worth individuals and analyzing complex financial statements. Kyle also held significant positions at Fortis Private Bank, where responsibilities included establishing a high-performing mortgage department and leading underwriting operations, and at Zions Bancorporation, where supervision of a team of underwriters was a key focus. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Finance from Baker University.
