Dayna Cormany is an experienced ecologist currently employed at Westervelt Ecological Services since February 2021. Prior to this role, Dayna served as an Assistant Grazing Technician at Santa Lucia Conservancy from June 2019 to August 2020, focusing on grassland conservation through cattle management. Dayna's early career included positions as a Rangeland Technician with the Forest Service and a Soil Conservationist (Student Trainee) with the Natural Resource Conservation Service, along with experience as a Biological Science Technician surveying invasive species. Dayna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an Associate's degree from Feather River Community College.
