Jennifer Thomas is an experienced library professional with a strong background in customer service and program management. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager at Westerville Public Library since March 2012, Jennifer has held various roles within the library, including Assistant Manager of Customer Services and Youth Services Librarian, focusing on employee evaluations, scheduling, and early literacy instruction. Prior to joining Westerville Public Library, Jennifer worked as a Children's Librarian and was involved in youth and teen programming at Muskingum County Library System. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Front Desk Supervisor at Surrey Inn Hotel, where Jennifer managed guest services and employee on-boarding. Jennifer holds a Master of Library and Information Science from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University.
