Nicola Wittland

Nicola Wittland is a seasoned professional in human resources, specializing in talent development, recruiting, and employer branding. Currently serving as the Leitung Personalentwicklung und Personalgewinnung at Westfalen Weser since June 2025, Nicola previously held the position of Head of Talent, Recruiting & Employer Branding at Vonovia from October 2021 to June 2025. Earlier experience includes a long tenure at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where Nicola worked from 2007 to October 2021 as HR Manager Marketing & Recruiting and also as an HR Specialist. Prior to that, Nicola contributed to HR marketing and recruiting at PwC from November 2000 to July 2007, leading a team focused on employer branding and strategy across Europe. Nicola holds a Master of Arts in Wirtschaftsgermanistik from Technische Universität Braunschweig, completed in 1996.
