Karen Baker

Karen Baker has extensive work experience in the food industry. Karen started their career at Exotic Farm Produce Ltd. in 1996 as a Raw Materials Manager & Procurement. After five years in this role, they joined Westfalia Fruit in 2001 as a Technologist. Over the years, they progressed within the company and held positions such as Technical Manager, Head of Technical (NR), and currently, they serve as the Head of Technical (NR/Food Service) since April 2022.

Karen Baker attended Boston High School for Girls from 1987 to 1993. Karen then went on to De Montfort University from 1993 to 1996, where they studied Food Technology and Processing. After completing their undergraduate studies, Karen pursued a postgraduate degree in Agronomy and Crop Science at Lancaster University. However, the start and end years of their postgraduate study were not provided.
